You will be responsible for:
Developing and maintaining website performance, including desktop and mobile functions
Working closely with our Shanghai operations team to ensure smooth functioning of operations
Supporting and implementation of CRM systems and requesting functions from customer operation center
Development and maintenance of our chat-rooms/forums
Supporting other internal teams with any ad-hoc technical issues and provide relevant solutions
You have experience with one of the MVVM frameworks (Vue.js / React.js) and are familiar with their technology ecosystems
You are proficient in at least one backend language: Node.js, PHP, Go
Having experience with Next.js or Nuxt.js are highly preferred
You have practical experiences in frontend performance optimisation and SEO
You are familiar with HTTP and understand the life cycle of a HTTP request
You have the ability to complete the setup of complex frontend module design and system architecture independently in a timely fashion
You possess a deep understanding and on-the-job experience in enhancing user experience and interactive operational processes
You are a team player with good communication and problem solving skills
You are proficient in Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking affiliates
The company is expected to be cashflow positive in 2021.
