Our client is a thriving international outsourced sales and marketing solutions firm, renown for their face-to-face marketing systems. As their revenue continues to grow, they are expanding their team with talented, self-driven individuals.
You will be responsible for :
Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
Resolving escalated issues and ensuring strong customer service levels are met in line with Company objectives.
Developing plans to improve customer experience and satisfaction along with other internal stakeholders.
You ideally have some year experience in B2B sales/ account management or Customer Service, with expertise in Direct Sales.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You have the willing to learn attitude to be trained to be a strong mentor and coach who can in return train to duplicate and build high performing teams
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You are a strong team player who can eventually manage multiple trainees, roles and responsibilities
You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel if required.
