Apple is rumored to be releasing their very own version of AR/VR glasses, according to a report by MacRumors.
The "Apple Glass", as it may be called, will have displays built into both the lenses, and can be interacted using hand gestures.
Just like many of the company's other products, it is highly likely that the glasses will pair with an iOS or MacOS device, similar to the Apple Watch.
According to a report, Apple initially planned to unveil the glasses as a "One More Thing" surprise at its iPhone event this fall, but restrictions on in-person gatherings could push back the announcement to a March 2021 event.
The launch of the new glasses could potentially open up a new product category to the lineup of Apple's offerings, and potentially unleashing a wave of new apps built by developers in the coming years.
